Hi, I'm Frank.
I've spent more than a decade building and running technology for large organisations, most recently leading cloud infrastructure and engineering at a global investment bank in London. I've seen what technology can do when it's introduced carefully: with the right guardrails, and with people brought along rather than left behind.
Teaching has always run alongside the tech. I volunteer to teach computer science in UK secondary schools, which keeps me close to how pupils and teachers are actually meeting AI in the classroom, and how much support schools need to get it right.
I started Frank AI Academy because the organisations with the most to gain from AI, small businesses and schools, have the least time and support to figure it out. My job is to close that gap, honestly and practically.

Questions we hear a lot
Do we need any technical experience?
None at all. Our training starts from zero and uses your everyday tasks as examples. If you can send an email, you can do this.
Which AI tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. Depending on your needs, that might be ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or AI features already built into tools you pay for, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your CRM. We often start with what you already have.
Is our data safe?
Data safety is part of every engagement. We help you choose tools with appropriate privacy settings, work through data protection checks in line with UK GDPR, write clear guidelines on what should never be shared with AI, and set up guardrails, especially for pupil and customer information.
Is your school work in line with DfE guidance?
Yes. Our school training and policy work is built around the Department for Education's guidance on generative AI in education, Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), and the JCQ rules on AI use in assessments. We'll make sure your approach fits your existing safeguarding and data protection policies.
How much does it cost?
Our first assessment is free. After that, pricing depends on the size of your team and the scope of work. We'll always give you a clear, fixed quote before anything starts, with no surprises.
Will AI replace our staff or teachers?
That's not our goal. We focus on taking repetitive work off people's plates so they can spend more time on customers, pupils and the work that needs a human.
Do you work in person or online?
Both. We're based in London, and workshops and support can be delivered on-site or online, whichever works best for your team.
